Pronounced Cl-oh-e. I'm 16 and I think it fits me very well, but when I tell someone my name they act like its weird or they think its pretty and cute (like a little girls name). Sometimes people accidentally call me clo, ch-low-e, but I think its funny. They spell it as cloe, chole, clhoe. We live in Denmark and only 28 people in the Country are named Chloe.. So it's pretty unique. But i'm affraid people will spell or pronounce it wrong. or make up hurtfull nicknames for her. I haven't ever known a Chloe and my husband and I couldn't agree on any other name...In fact, we didn't name our daughter until she was about 5 hours old! We had been going back and forth on Emma or Leila, but Chloe seemed right. We got a cool, cute name that isn't overly used and still isn't too far out, so it sounds classic."
