When I was in High School in 1982, I decided that my first daughter would be named Kaydean. By the time I had her in 1990, I had changed that name to Kayden. I do not remember hearing of the name prior to naming her. Since I had not heard of the name, I decided that her name should mean, "Gods Melody". I have since heard of many different meanings for the name, but in my heart it will always mean, "Gods Melody". Kayden is in college and a member of the chorus and the concert band!"
